These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pro Pool Inspectors app and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using the Pro Pool Inspectors (PPI) application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
PPI provides a mobile and web-based platform for conducting pool inspections, generating inspection reports, and managing inspection records. The service is intended for licensed or certified pool inspectors and related professionals.
You must create an account to use PPI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
PPI offers One-Time, Monthly, and Annual subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
You agree to use PPI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to generate fraudulent inspection reports, misrepresent credentials, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
PPI and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Pro Pool Inspectors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without prior written consent.
PPI provides inspection workflow tools and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any inspection report generated using our platform. Inspectors are solely responsible for the professional quality of their work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPI's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to reports will be available for 90 days for data export purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of PPI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
